Diet Diary Day #10

Breakfast: Special K Protein Bar & Diet POM Tea

Lunch: Lean Cuisine lunch: Chicken with peanut sauce and wheat noodles. Greek Salad and wheat flatbread with cheese.

Snack: Starbucks Minty Chocolate Frappachino

Dinner: Healthy Choice dinner: blacked chicken with rice and caramel apple crisp dessert. Salad with low fat dressing and two pieces of 9 grain bread.
