Diet Diary Day #15

Ok today is back to the grind after a weekend of celebrating and food!

Breakfast: Bolthouse Farms Hazelnut Latte Protein Shake & a Banana

Lunch: Red Lobster: Lobster Pizza Appetizer (2 small pieces), Shrimp Ceasar Salad, 1 and 1/2 Chedar Bay Biscuits, I had Dr. Pepper to drink.

Snack: Fruit

Dinner: Salad with Pesto Bread, Iced Tea.

Dessert: Special K Breakfast Bar
