Breakfast: Bolthouse Farms Hazelnut Protein Shake
Lunch: Sake' Thai & Japanese Cuisine: Tuna Eifel appetizer, a couple edamames, salad with ginger dressing, red curry chicken with white rice - about 1/2 the portion. Iced tea.
Dinner: Salad with bread. I have been getting quite creative with my salads. My salad had: European blend lettuce, grape tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery, low fat cheese, olives, apples, & toasted almonds. YUM!!
Dessert: Berry Crumb Fat Free yogurt with Blueberries and Strawberries.
