Diet Diary Day #14

Skipped Breakfast today and slept in.

Got up in time to go to our FCC Lunch, which is at a Chinese Buffet.
I was so busy talking & making introductions, I didn't have time to eat very much.

Wonton Soup

A Pork Bun, Green Beans, Cashew Chicken w/ veggies, Sprouts, Spare Ribs slices, and that is about it.

Dinner: left overs from Friday's feast, but in moderation:
chicken breast
2 ribs
potatoes
2 shrimp skewers
1 veggie skewer
iced tea

A small piece of left over Birthday Cake for dessert.
